Terms and conditions
What you agree to when you buy a ticket to the Barbados Magic Lounge. In plain English.
These terms cover tickets and add-ons, including Guaranteed Stage Participation, for shows at the Barbados Magic Lounge (HG Entertainment Inc). The theatre has 30 seats, so every seat matters. That is why the rules below are firm.
1. All sales are final
All ticket sales are final. Refunds and date changes are only offered as set out below. This is standard for theatre and live events.
2. If you tell us 48 hours or more before the show
You have three options:
- Move your date. We move you to another show for a fee of 20% of the ticket price, as long as that show has seats.
- Cancel. We refund 50% of your ticket price.
- Let us resell your seat. Only possible if the show is sold out. If your seat sells, we refund 80% of your ticket price. If it doesn't, there is no refund.
3. If you tell us less than 48 hours before the show
It is too late to move your date or cancel. If the show is sold out, we will try to resell your seat. If it sells, we refund 50% of your ticket price. If it doesn't sell, or the show isn't sold out, there is no refund.
4. How to cancel or change
Reply to your booking confirmation email, or write to post@barbadosmagiclounge.com. The time we receive your message is the time that counts.
5. No-shows and late arrivals
Tickets for no-shows cannot be refunded or moved. Doors open at 7:30 PM and the show starts at 8:00 PM sharp. If you arrive late, you may have to wait for a natural break in the show before we can seat you.
6. If we cancel
If we have to cancel a show, for example because of illness or severe weather, you choose between a full refund and a seat on another date.
7. The venue
The theatre is on the 4th floor, above Castaways Restaurant. The only way up is the stairs. There is no lift.
8. Children
The show is crafted for adults and suits ages 10 and up. It is up to parents to judge whether their child is ready for it. Every child needs their own ticket, and all children must be seated next to an accompanying adult.
9. Dinner reservations
Dinner reservations at Castaways are subject to availability. Castaways will confirm your reservation by email from info@castawaysbb.com or through OpenTable shortly after you book. Please check your email for the confirmation.
10. Liability
Barbados Magic Lounge and Castaways are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur to you, your party, or your belongings before, during, or after your visit. This includes, but is not limited to, the loss or theft of personal belongings.
11. Video and photography
By entering the Barbados Magic Lounge, you consent to being recorded or photographed for marketing, promotional, and business purposes in any media, now or in the future. You waive any claims for compensation and release Barbados Magic Lounge, its affiliates, and authorized third parties from any liability related to the use of your likeness.
12. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing a ticket, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Barbados Magic Lounge. You agree to all terms and conditions listed here and waive any right to legal action or claims against Barbados Magic Lounge, Castaways, or their affiliates, owners, or employees for any loss, injury, or damages related to your attendance or participation.
